About Kilnmarrow Refractory Works

Kilnmarrow Refractory Works was founded in 1969 by Elio Grupesby, starting as a shelf-grinding shop behind a Lancaster pottery. Today the team serves manufacturers, studios and labs across Pennsylvania from offices in Lancaster, Pittsburgh and Allentown.

Team

• Mireille Greleslund, Plant manager. Runs production at the Lancaster plant.
• Thea Neltiley, Sales engineer. Helps customers choose materials and sizes, and has done so for 30 years.
• Silas Keprurwell, Kiln lead. Schedules firings and keeps the kilns in spec.
